Jackie is a bench jeweler at Teel Jewelers. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University, Bachelor of Fine Arts Program emphasizing in Metals and Jewelry. Her skills include silver and gold fabrication and repair, custom design, bead stringing, pearl knotting, and engraving.

Cecilia is the store manager at Teel Jewelers. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology, focusing on East African Adornment. She has worked in the jewelry industry for 8 years and in retail management for 10 years. She also fabricates copper, silver, and gold jewelry.
